JOB DESCRIPTION
MAC Technical Support Specialist to support our Creative Environments. Macintosh Technician must be experienced in areas of installation and administration of a Mac OSX hardware, software and end user support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
¨ Support of network and end user software including installation, upgrades and end user support. Software to include but not limited to Mac OS 9 and OS X, Quark Xpress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Microsoft Office and miscellaneous utilities.
¨ Application level knowledge of MAC Creative Suite required.
¨ Ability to evaluate and install new software as required in support of the network and end user community.
¨ Ability to maintain department records pertaining to all hardware, software, network and service agreements.
